We are experts at organising craft parties; leave the stress of your child's birthday party in our capable hands.
Our craft parties are aimed at aged 5 - 12. They are perfect for creative children that enjoy crafting. If you are looking for a high quality and no hassle party then Pom Stitch Tassel is who to call!
What does it include:
*2 hours of crafty fun. We can include an optional 30 minutes within this time dedicated to party food/birthday cake at the end, as well as a game of pass the parcel.
*A fun, creative fully insured and DBS checked party entertainer
*All high quality materials & equipment for making
• Branded party bag to take home what you make in. (Party favours can be added at an additional cost).
• Digital party invite sent on booking
*Pass the parcel party game where we provide the pass the parcel prize.
*Use our beautifully decorated party venue at no extra cost or we can come to your home or venue of your choosing.
*Hot & cold refreshments for children and adults, provided at our venue only.
Prices:
All of this is provided from £220 for a party of 8 or £240 for a party of 10. We charge £20 per person thereafter. We do offer smaller parties from 6 children or more but please note a minimum charge applies.
We charge mileage for parties outside of Bovey Tracey at 60p per mile from our base. If the party is located further than 30 miles away from our base then additional charges may also apply.
Party Numbers:
Our shop (based in Bovey Tracey) hosts a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15 children.
Our parties at your home or venue of your choice are for a minimum of 8 children and there is no maximum number.
Availability:
Our availability to run craft parties is on a Friday evening from 4pm onwards, Saturday afternoon/evenings from 3pm onwards or Sunday morning's 10am-12pm or afternoons 2-4pm. We host parties in our Bovey Tracey venue when our shop is closed so you get full private hire of our space.

- Swiftie Party - Friendship Bracelet making & Paint a Disco Ball
- Witches & Wizards Party - Potion & Wand making
- Macrame party - Choose between four macrame wrapping designs; macrame rainbow with pom pom clouds, bunny with pom pom tail, toadstool or cactus.
- Embroidery party - Learn the art of embroidery and stitch your own design onto a bag.
- Cross Stitch party - Learn the art of cross stitch and stitch your own design onto an embroidery hoop which you can display on your wall at home.
- Block Printing party - Block print your own personalised banner for your bedroom.
- Weaving party - Learn to weave on a loom to create a wallhanging or weave a flower or llama design.
Catering/Refreshments:
Refreshments such as hot and cold drinks are provided in our standard cost.
We now have a party food menu available. Please contact us directly for menus and prices. Please note catering is not included in our standard party cost.
Additional Extras:
We have a wide selection of party favours available in our shop and an offer or choose 2 party favours and get a free pom pom hair band or keyring to accompany. Please contact us directly or pop in the shop to organise these.
How to book your party:
To book your party simply purchase the party number suitable and 'check-out'.
We require full payment upfront on booking.
Please then contact us with your preferred party dates.
Party Cancellations:
Parties may only be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the date of the event. If you wish to cancel your party please contact email@pomstitchtassel.com as a matter of urgency
