Refund & Cancellation Policy
Workshops & Clubs
We do not offer refunds and cancellations on our workshops and clubs if you cancel. This is down to two reasons - firstly we always require a minimum number of attendees for the workshop to be cost effective and therefore run and secondly we purchase and prepare the materials for the workshop in advance. Please bear this in mind when booking yourself or on someone else's behalf.
If we have to cancel a session due to not enough attendees or other reasons that are not within our control, an alternative workshop date will be offered. If this is not possible or you are unable to make the alternative date, a full refund will be given.
Craft parties are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation less than two weeks before the date of the party will be charged in full due to the purchase and preparation of materials prior to the event. Cancellation with two or more weeks notice will be refunded in full.
Event entertainment is expected to be paid in full two weeks prior to the event. If we have not received payment in full before your event, unless otherwise agreed, we will not show. Cancellation less than two weeks before the date of the event will be charged in full even within circumstances out of your control. Cancellation with two or more weeks notice will not be charged.
