Refund & Cancellation Policy
Workshops
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and cancellations on our workshops if you cancel. This is down to two reasons - firstly we always require a minimum number of attendees for the workshop to be cost effective and secondly we purchase and prepare the materials for the workshop in advance. Please bear this in mind when booking yourself or on someone else's behalf.
If we have to cancel a session due to not enough attendees or other reasons that are not within our control, an alternative workshop date will be offered. If this is not possible or you are unable to make the alternative date, a full refund will be given.
After School Clubs
Craft/Sewing Parties
Craft/Sewing parties are to be paid in full at the time of booking. If you are unsure on party numbers then please book for the number of children you expect. We will invoice two weeks before the party date for any additional children added. Cancellation less than 1 month before the date of the party will be charged in full due to the purchase and preparation of materials prior to the event. Cancellation with more than 1 months' notice to the party date, will be refunded in full.
Event Entertainment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking to secure your date in our diary. Invoices are then expected to be paid in full 1 month prior to the event. If we have not received payment in full before your event (unless otherwise agreed), we will not show up. Cancellation less than 1 month before the date of the event will be charged in full even within circumstances out of your control. Cancellation with more than 1 months' notice will not be charged and 75% of the cost will be refunded back to you, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
