What does Stitch club involve?
Stitch club teaches children how to learn to sew using a sewing machine. We cover skills such as dressmaking, how to follow a pattern, button holes, zips, hand sewing, seam allowance etc. Sewing machines and sewing equipment is provided but we do not provide materials.
Each term, children will undertake a new sewing project, this will vary from home interiors to dressmaking projects. Some will be short projects and others will take a full term to complete. The teens will take home everything they make.

Children age 7-11 can attend. This is a drop-off club, a parent/guardian does not need to stay. Our sewing tutors are fully insured, first aid qualified and DBS checked.
We offer a separate club for teens aged 11-16.
