Home Education Stitch Club | Weekly Thursday Sewing Club | Age 7+

£126.00

Our Home Education Stitch (sewing) club is now running on a Thursday 10:30am - 12:30pm during term time only, for those age 7 and above.

This block booking is for the Autumn term from September through to October half term.   Our first session back will be on Thursday 12th September inclusive to Thursday 24th October which is a 7 week block.

What does stitch club entail?

The club teaches children how to sew using a sewing machine.  Sewing machines are provided, as is all equipment.  If your child has a sewing machine, we do suggest them bringing it with them if possible so they can learn on their own machine.  Please note materials will need to be provided by you as additional.  You will receive a list of the materials you will need for this club upon sign up.

What age are the sewing clubs suitable for?

Our sewing club is only suitable for ages 7 - 17 due to the use of sewing machines.

How does sewing club work?

We ask for children old enough to attend as they can come without the need for a parent/guardian to supervise.  Our craft tutor is fully insured, first aid qualified and DBS checked and can provide copies of the same should you require them.

What is the cost of home education club?

We charge £18.00 per person for sewing x the number of weeks there are in a half term block.  Booking must be made for the full half term block and payment upfront.

Minimum/maximum numbers

In order to run a workshop/club we must have a minimum of 2x people on each session at anyone time.  The maximum numbers we can facilitate in the studio are 8 for sewing.
