How does craft & cuppa work?

These are specifically parent led 'drop in' craft sessions.

We run four sessions a day; one hour sessions: 10am-11am, 11.30am-12.30pm, 1.30-2.30pm & 3-4pm.  .

Choose from our Craft Menu to decide what craft you fancy making that day.

There are crafts are suitable for age 2+ and one supervising parent/guardian will need to stay for the whole session to support them.

For a 1 hour session you can choose 1 craft. If you would like to do more than this in your craft & cuppa session time then there will be a surcharge.

Please note this is not a workshop so although there will be a craft tutor on hand to get you started, we won't be teaching the activity.  If you are looking for this we recommend you take a look at our workshops instead.

How to book craft & cuppa?

We advise that you book in advance if you would like to attend but we do allow 'walk-ins' subject to availability.

A supporting parent/guardian is free and included in your ticket cost. You do not need to book a parent/guardian a ticket unless they are crafting too! Please book the number of tickets per crafting children.

Please note there is only space in our studio space for x1 parent/guardian to stay per child.

What is the cost?

Per crafter we charge £7.50 for 1 hour or £12.00 for 2 hours (please contact us for a 2 hour option).

Refreshments & cake are an additional cost charged on our menu.

Please note in each session we allow you to choose 1 craft for 1 hour sessions and x2 crafts for 2 hour session. If you wish to do any more crafts in your time slot then there will be a surcharge, in order to cover for additional materials used.

Fun with the grandchillies

We had a lovely time at Pom Stitch Tassel recently. I took three grandchildren of varying ages. Lovely Emma was so accommodating and provided us with a fun, messy session which Granny enjoyed too! I’d highly recommend booking in for a craft session. 😊

Great Crafting Hour

We visited in August and Emma made us very welcome. Keen crafters, Eva 4 and a half and Gran Lorraine, 60+😊 had great fun sewing a lovely rainbow shape and decorating gingerbread figures. Emma was great at explaining what to do and had lots of patience - putting us both at ease. Grandad Bill enjoyed trying out the gingerbread people with a coffee too! We’ll definitely revisit!

Craft and Cuppa perfection!

We absolutely LOVED coming along to PST’s Craft and Cuppa session during the half term holidays! It was the perfect activity for my 3yo and 9yo. One chose the gingerbread craft and the other made a pom pom creation. Emma was inspiring, friendly and fun, as always, and made us feel very welcome in her lovely craft shop. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
