We are experts at organising craft parties.  

If you have an adult celebration coming up and would like to celebrate with family, friends or neighbours, a craft party is the perfect way to do so! 

Adult parties are for age 18+, for 17 or under please see our Children's party options. 

What does it include:

• 2 hour themed craft party

•  A fully insured and DBS checked craft tutor 

•  All equipment and high quality materials for making 

•  Handmade PST party bag with fillers 

•  Personalised digital party invitations sent on booking 

Prices: 

All of this is provided from £25.00 per head.  Please note we do have a minimum party charge.  

Please note this price is based on a party in our shop (53 Fore Street, TQ139AB) or at your home or venue in Bovey Tracey. We can of course host a party at your home/venue outside of Bovey Tracey but please note we charge 45p per mile from our base.  

Availability: 

Our availability to run craft parties is on a Saturday afternoon or evening from 2:30pm onwards.   Please enquire for alternative availability.  

Party Numbers:

Our minimum party number is 6 (we can of course do less but please note minimum charges will be incurred).  We don't have a maximum number for a party at your home or venue.

Please note for parties in our shop, we can comfortably fit up to 10 adults for craft.

*Bespoke Party - If you have a pom pom activity you would like to do let us know and we will do our best to offer this.  Please note additional charges may apply for bespoke parties.

Catering/Refreshments: 

Refreshments such as hot and cold drinks are provided in our standard cost. We are now able to offer afternoon tea boxes for parties held in our shop.  Please contact us directly to see menus and prices for our afternoon tea party boxes.  Catering is not included in our standard party cost.  

How to book your party: 

To book your party simply purchase the party number suitable and 'check-out'. 

We require full payment upfront on booking.

Please then contact us with your preferred party dates.  

Please Note: Our diary for 2023 is booking up fast so in order to avoid disappointment we do recommend where possible that you book your party at least 1 month in advance. 

Cancellations:

Parties can only be cancelled up to two weeks before, this is because we have to purchase the materials and do the preparation for the party in advance.  If you wish to cancel your party please contact email@pomstitchtassel.com urgently.
