Easter Holidays - Create a Pom Pom Spring Hoop age 5+ 11/04 10:30am - 12:30pm

Join us on Tuesday 11th April 2023, 10:30am - 12:30pm to create a pom pom spring hoop. 

You will be shown how to use our brand new wooden pom pom makers to create a pom pom.  You will learn how to create two little pom pom birds that will sit on your hoop.  You will then have the opportunity to embellish and decorate the hoop to be spring-like! 

We hope by the end of the session you will take home a finished pom pom spring hoop or the knowledge to finish them at home.  

All materials and equipment are provided for this workshop within the cost.  

This workshop is suitable for age 5+, both children and adults are welcome to attend and we often have a mix of both.  

We are now offering brand loyalty cards, of which you will be given on the day of your workshop.  Book 9 workshops and get your 10th one free! 

Further Information: 

We are a fully DBS checked and insured company, therefore a parent/guardian isn't required to stay with their child.  

Providing the child is age 5 or above you are welcome to drop off and collect them once the workshop finishes.  

We are limited on space in our workshop room so we do prefer if you are going to stay for the workshop that where possible you do book yourself a place and join in the workshop too.  If this is not feasible, please contact us to let us know you will be staying as an extra and we will do our best to accommodate this.

After booking, we will send you an e-mail you a request to fill out a workshop form (please note this is not automatic). We ask for these details for emergency contact details, knowledge of any medical conditions and/or allergies, as well as permission to take photographs of your child, purely for marketing purposes.  

Once you have filled out this form, you will not need to fill it out again unless your details change.  Please notify us directly if your details do change.  

Please kindly fill out a form for all of your children attending the workshop.  

Please note these details are kept on file safely and secured and will be destroyed appropriately when necessary. 

Location:

All workshops now take place at our new shop, 53 Fore Street, Bovey Tracey, TQ139AB.  Our shop is red and situated two up from Tesco Express, on the main Bovey high street.  If you need to get hold of us please call us on 07864009316.

Where possible please arrive five minutes before the workshop starts and if you are dropping off, please arrive promptly at pick-up. 

Minimum & maximum numbers:

Where possible we always endeavour to run our workshops but sometimes it is not cost effective to do so.  We therefore ask for a minimum of 3 attendees booked onto the workshop in order for it to go ahead.  Our maximum number for craft workshops is now 12 attendees per session.

If a workshop is fully booked and you would be interested in joining us, please do contact us, if we have enough interest we will do our best to offer an alternative workshop date or time. 

Cancellation Policy:

Please note we do not offer cancellations on our workshops this is due to us requiring minimum numbers in order to run and because we have to order materials and prepare for the workshop in advance.  

Where possible I will try to offer an alternative date or am happy for you to change the name of the booking if you can find someone to fill your space.  Please notify us if someone is coming in your place.

We only offer refunds in circumstances where Pom Stitch Tassel has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
