Join us this Christmas holidays as we collaborate with Just Ginger on Tuesday 19th December for two unique gingerbread workshops!
10:30am - 12:30pm we will be learning how to construct our own mini gingerbread house and scene, plus we will then decorate it with icing and lots of gorgeous sweeties. This workshop is suitable for age 7+, children & adults are both welcome.
2-3pm we will be running a slightly simpler version for the younger ones where you will be able to decorate your own pre-made mini gingerbread house with icing and sweeties! This workshop is suitable for age 3+, with an accompanying parent.
Please choose your preferred option at checkout.
All materials and equipment are provided for this workshop within the cost.
Mini Gingerbread Houses finished are 9cm long x 7cm wide x 9cm high.
The making workshop will also include an 8” board to build a scene and little characters on.
Parents Staying:
We are a fully DBS checked and insured company, therefore a parent/guardian isn't required to stay with their child age 5+. For children age 3-4 we do request a parent/guardian to accompany them for the whole session.
We are limited on space in our workshop room, if you would like to accompany your child we do recommend you booking a space and enjoying the workshop with them. Unless you are required to stay (your child is age 3-4) in which case you can accompany them free.
Additional Extras:
We are now offering brand loyalty cards, book 9 workshops and get the 10th one free. You will be provided with a stamped card on your first workshop.
We also offer 10% in the shop on all products on the day of your workshop.
Emergency Contact Details:
After booking, we will e-mail you a request to fill out a workshop form (please note this is not automatic). We ask for these details for emergency contact details, knowledge of any medical conditions and/or allergies, as well as permission to take photographs of your child, purely for marketing purposes.
Once you have filled out this form, you will not need to fill it out again unless your details change. Please notify us directly if your details do change.
Location:
All workshops take place at 53 Fore Street, Bovey Tracey, TQ139AB.
Where possible please arrive five minutes before the workshop starts promptly at pick-up.
Minimum & maximum numbers:
Where possible we always endeavour to run our workshops but sometimes it is not cost effective to do so. We therefore ask for a minimum of 5 attendees booked onto our maker workshops in order for it to go ahead. Our maximum number for this workshop is 15 attendees per session.
If a workshop is fully booked and you would be interested in joining us, please do contact us, if we have enough interest we will do our best to offer an alternative workshop date or time.
There are two workshops available, one suitable for age 3+ and one for 7+, please make sure to book on the correct one. Both children and adults are welcome to attend and we often have a mix of both.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note we do not offer cancellations on our workshops this is due to us requiring minimum numbers in order to run.
We only offer refunds in circumstances where Pom Stitch Tassel has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
